Janet P. Woodruff is a consultant. She held the position of Vice President and Special Advisor of BC Hydro from 2010 to 2011. Prior to this appointment, Ms. Woodruff worked for the British Columbia Transmission Corporation as Interim President (2009 to 2010) and Vice President, Corporate Services and Chief Financial Officer (2007 to 2008). From 2003 to 2007, Ms. Woodruff held the position of Chief Financial Officer & VP Systems Development & Performance of Vancouver Coastal Health. Prior to 2003, she worked for Westcoast Energy Inc. serving in various executive roles.

Ms. Woodruff is a Chartered Accountant, has an honours BSC from the University of Western Ontario, a Masters of Business Administration from York University, and is a certified director of the Institute of Corporate Directors. She is also a current director of Nordion Inc. and a former director of Pacific Northern Gas.
