Kirk Dudtschak, MBA

Kirk Dudtschak is Executive Vice President of Personal & Commercial Banking at Royal Bank of Canada, President & Chief Executive Officer of Royal Mutual Funds Inc. (RMFI) and Chairman of the RMFI Board of Directors. Kirk is responsible for setting and leading the execution of service, advice and distribution strategies that leverage the strengths of RBC to enable advisors to achieve outstanding client loyalty and growth. Prior to his current role, he served as Head of Caribbean Banking from 2013 to 2015 and Senior Vice President of Strategy and Human Resources (Canadian Banking) from 2009 to 2013.

Committed to community leadership, he co-chaired RBC’s 2016/17 United Way employee giving campaign and is a member of the Greater Toronto United Way Major Gift Cabinet. He holds an MBA from the University of Western Ontario, Canada – Richard Ivey School of Business and a Partners, Directors and Senior Officers certificate as well as an Institute-Certified Director (ICD.D) certificate from the Institute of Corporate Directors.
