ORDER



WHEREAS on July 2, 2013, the Mutual Fund Dealers Association of Canada (the
“MFDA”) issued a Notice of Hearing pursuant to sections 20 and 24 of MFDA By-law No. 1 in
respect of a disciplinary proceeding commenced against Murray Arnold Greenberg
(“Greenberg”) and Katrina Anne Powell (“Powell”);

AND WHEREAS on September 17, 2013, a first appearance in this proceeding took
place by teleconference before a Hearing Panel of the Prairie Regional Council of the MFDA
(the “Hearing Panel”);

AND WHEREAS on September 17, 2013, Powell advised Staff of the MFDA and the
Hearing Panel that she did not intend to participate in the first appearance;

AND WHEREAS Staff of the MFDA and Greenberg made submissions to the Hearing
Panel at the first appearance with respect to scheduling and other procedural matters;

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

1.
The hearing of this matter on its merits shall take place before the Hearing Panel
on February 25-26, 2014, commencing at 10:00 a.m. (Mountain) or as soon thereafter as
the matter can be heard, at a venue to be announced in Calgary, Alberta.
