WHEREAS the first appearance in this proceeding took place by teleconference before
the Chair of a hearing panel of the Central Regional Council of the MFDA (the “Hearing Panel”)
on July 15, 2015 at 11:30 a.m.;

AND WHEREAS at the first appearance the Hearing Panel, ordered a further scheduling
attendance to take place by teleconference on September 10, 2015;

AND WHEREAS at the scheduling appearance held on September 10, 2015 the Hearing
Panel ordered a further scheduling attendance to take place by teleconference on November 5,
2015;

AND WHEREAS on November 5, 2015 Staff of the MFDA and counsel for the
Respondent, Michael Guglielmi, attended at a scheduling appearance and made submissions with
respect to scheduling and other procedural matters;

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

The hearing on the merits in this matter will be held on January 5, 2016 at the offices of
the MFDA located at 121 King Street West, Suite 1000, Toronto, Ontario, commencing at 9:30
a.m. (Eastern), or as soon thereafter as can be heard.
