Order

WHEREAS on May 29, 2018, the MFDA published on the MFDA public website a news release advising that the date of the hearing on the merits would be held on July 10, 2018 and July 11, 2018, commencing at 10:00 a.m. (Mountain);

AND WHEREAS on July 10, 2018, the Respondent requested an adjournment of the hearing on the merits;

AND WHEREAS the Hearing Panel granted the adjournment and ordered that, among other things, the hearing of this mater on its merits shall take place on August 13, 2018 and August 14, 2018;

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

1. The hearing of this matter on its merits shall take place from August 13, 2018 and August 14, 2018 commencing each day at 10:00 a.m. (Mountain) or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, in the hearing room at the offices of the MFDA, located at 800 – 6^thAvenue S.W., Suite 850, Calgary, Alberta;

2. Leave of the hearing panel is granted to have MFDA Staff witness “TR” appear via teleconference or videoconference on August 14, 2018 for the purpose of providing witness testimony; and

3. Costs of the adjournment may be spoken to at the hearing on the merits.
