MFDA adjourns proceeding in the matter of International Capital Management Inc., John Paul Sanchez and Javier Andreas Sanchez

January 30, 2017 (Toronto, Ontario) – The Mutual Fund Dealers Association of Canada (“MFDA”) commenced a proceeding in respect of International Capital Management Inc. (“ICM”), John Paul Sanchez (“John Sanchez”) and Javier Andreas Sanchez (“Javier Sanchez”) (collectively, the “Respondents”) by a Notice of Application dated December 13, 2016.

An appearance in this matter was held on January 27, 2017 before a Hearing Panel of the Central Regional Council of the MFDA. Following submissions by the parties, the Hearing Panel adjourned the proceeding to a date and time to be determined and announced accordingly.
