
New SRO Hearing Panel adjourns hearing in the matter of Clive Wilkins
March 15, 2023 (Toronto, Ontario) – The Mutual Fund Dealers Association of Canada (“MFDA”), now New Self-Regulatory Organization of Canada (“New SRO”), commenced a disciplinary proceeding in respect of Clive George Wilkins (the “Respondent”) by Notice of Hearing dated March 21, 2022 (“Notice of Hearing”).
An appearance in this proceeding was held electronically by videoconference on February 24, 2023 before a Hearing Panel of the New SRO’s Ontario District Hearing Committee.
Following submissions by Staff of the New SRO, the Hearing Panel adjourned the proceeding to a date to be determined and announced accordingly. Once scheduled, the next appearance will be open to the public, except as may be required for the protection of confidential matters.
