MFDA Hearing Panel adjourns appearance in the matter of International Capital Management Inc., John Paul Sanchez and Javier Andreas Sanchez
January 23, 2017 (Toronto, Ontario) – The Mutual Fund Dealers Association of Canada (“MFDA”) commenced a proceeding in respect of International Capital Management Inc. (“ICM”), John Paul Sanchez (“John Sanchez”) and Javier Andreas Sanchez (“Javier Sanchez”) (collectively, the “Respondents”) by a Notice of Application dated December 13, 2016.
Prior to the next appearance in this matter, scheduled for January 24, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. (Eastern), the parties made an adjournment request to the Hearing Panel. The Hearing Panel granted the adjournment to a date to be determined and announced accordingly. The proceeding will continue be open to the public, except as may be required for the protection of confidential matters.
