MFDA Hearing Panel adjourns settlement hearing in the matter of TeamMax Investment Corporation

March 6, 2017 (Toronto, Ontario) – The Mutual Fund Dealers Association of Canada (“MFDA”) commenced a disciplinary proceeding in respect of TeamMax Investment Corporation (the “Respondent”) by Notice of Settlement Hearing dated December 16, 2016 (the “Notice of Settlement Hearing”).

A settlement hearing in this proceeding took place on March 3, 2017 before a three-member Hearing Panel of the MFDA’s Central Regional Council. Following submissions from the parties, the Hearing Panel adjourned the settlement hearing to a date to be determined and announced accordingly.
