MFDA adjourns Hearing on the Merits in the matter of Donald McIntyre

September 21, 2018 (Toronto, Ontario) – The Mutual Fund Dealers Association of Canada (“MFDA”) commenced a disciplinary proceeding in respect of Donald John McIntyre (“Respondent”) by Notice of Hearing dated November 16, 2017.

The hearing of this matter on its merits, originally scheduled to take place on September 24-28, 2018, has been adjourned to October 29, 2018, commencing at 10:00 a.m. (Central), or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, at a venue to be determined and announced accordingly in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. The proceeding will be open to the public, except as may be required for the protection of confidential matters.

A copy of the Notice of Hearing is available on the MFDA website at www.mfda.ca. During the period described in the Notice of Hearing, the Respondent carried on business in the Maklin, Saskatchewan area.
