MFDA amends appearance start time in the matter of Donald McIntyre
June 6, 2018 (Toronto, Ontario) – The Mutual Fund Dealers Association of Canada (“MFDA”) commenced a disciplinary proceeding in respect of Donald John McIntyre (“Respondent”) by Notice of Hearing dated November 16, 2017.
The interim appearance in this proceeding will take place by teleconference before a Hearing Panel of the MFDA’s Prairie Regional Council at 9:00 a.m. (Mountain) on June 7, 2018, having previously been scheduled for 10:00 a.m. (Central) the same day. The appearance will be held in the hearing room at the offices of the MFDA, located at 800 – 6th Avenue S.W., Suite 850, Calgary and will be open to the public, except as may be required for the protection of confidential matters.
A copy of the Notice of Hearing is available on the MFDA website at www.mfda.ca. During the period described in the Notice of Hearing, the Respondent conducted business in the Maklin, Saskatchewan area.
