
MFDA amends hearing dates in the matter of FundEX Investments Inc.
February 20, 2018 (Toronto, Ontario) – The Mutual Fund Dealers Association of Canada (“MFDA”) commenced a disciplinary proceeding in respect of FundEX Investments Inc. (“Respondent”) by Notice of Hearing dated June 7, 2017.
The hearing of this matter on its merits, originally set to take place February 26, 2018 to March 2, 2018, will now proceed by teleconference before the Hearing Panel on February 26, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. (Eastern), or as soon thereafter as the appearance can be held, in the hearing room at the offices of the MFDA, located at 121 King Street West, Suite 1000, Toronto, Ontario. The appearance will be open to the public, except as may be required for the protection of confidential matters.
