April 20, 2020 (Toronto, Ontario) – The Mutual Fund Dealers Association of Canada (“MFDA”) commenced a disciplinary proceeding in respect of Lee Scott McIvor (“Respondent”) by Notice of Hearing dated July 29, 2019.
An appearance in this proceeding was held today by teleconference before a Hearing Panel of the MFDA’s Prairie Regional Council.
Following submissions by Staff of the MFDA, the Hearing on the Merits will take place by electronic hearing before a Hearing Panel of the MFDA’s Prairie Regional Council on May 7, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. (Central), or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard.
