
MFDA schedules date for Hearing on the Merits in the matter of Stéphane Lamarre
April 5, 2017 (Toronto, Ontario) – The Mutual Fund Dealers Association of Canada (“MFDA”) commenced a disciplinary proceeding in respect of Stéphane Joseph Lamarre ( “Respondent”) by Notice of Hearing dated September 2, 2016 (“Notice of Hearing”).
An appearance in this proceeding was held on April 4, 2017 by teleconference before a Hearing Panel of the MFDA’s Central Regional Council.
The hearing of this matter on its merits has been scheduled to take place on June 6, 2017, commencing at 10:00 a.m. (Eastern), or as soon thereafter as the matter can be held, in the hearing room at the MFDA offices, located at 121 King Street West, Suite 1000, Toronto, Ontario. The proceeding will be open to the public, except as may be required for the protection of confidential matters.
