
MFDA schedules date for Hearing on the Merits in the matter of Allan Rombough
March 14, 2018 (Toronto, Ontario) – The Mutual Fund Dealers Association of Canada (“MFDA”) commenced a disciplinary proceeding in respect of Allan Douglas Rombough (“Respondent”) by Notice of Hearing dated January 19, 2018.
As specified in the Notice of Hearing, the first appearance in this proceeding was held yesterday by teleconference before a Hearing Panel of the MFDA’s Central Regional Council.
The hearing of this matter on its merits is scheduled for August 22, 2018, commencing at 10:00 a.m. (Central), or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, in the hearing room at the offices of the MFDA, located at 121 King Street West, Suite 1000, Toronto, Ontario. The proceeding will be open to the public, except as may be required for the protection of confidential matters.
