MFDA sets date for next appearance in the matter of David Fredrickson
May 23, 2018 (Toronto, Ontario) – The Mutual Fund Dealers Association of Canada (“MFDA”) commenced a disciplinary proceeding in respect of David Terrance Fredrickson (“Respondent”) by Notice of Hearing dated March 8, 2018.
The first appearance in this proceeding took place today by teleconference before a Hearing Panel of the MFDA’s Prairie Regional Council. Following submissions by the parties, the next appearance is set for July 16, 2018 by teleconference, commencing at 10:00 a.m. (Mountain), or as soon thereafter as the appearance can be held and will be open to the public, except as may be required for the protection of confidential matters.
