
New SRO schedules date for Hearing on the Merits in the matter of Jennifer Beh
April 17, 2023 (Toronto, Ontario) – The New Self-Regulatory Organization of Canada (“New SRO”) commenced a disciplinary proceeding in respect of Jennifer Beh (the “Respondent”) by Notice of Hearing dated February 1, 2023 (the “Notice of Hearing”).
As specified in the Notice of Hearing, the first appearance in this proceeding was held on March 24, 2023 by videoconference before a Hearing Panel of the New SRO’s Pacific District Hearing Committee.
Following submissions by Staff of the New SRO, the Hearing on the Merits has been scheduled to take place electronically by videoconference on August 11, 2023, commencing at 10:00 a.m. (Pacific), or as soon thereafter as the matter can be held. The proceeding will be open to the public, except as may be required for the protection of confidential matters.
