
MFDA schedules next appearance in the matter of International Capital Management Inc., John Paul Sanchez and Javier Andreas Sanchez
January 24, 2017 (Toronto, Ontario) – The Mutual Fund Dealers Association of Canada (“MFDA”) commenced a proceeding in respect of International Capital Management Inc. (“ICM”), John Paul Sanchez (“John Sanchez”) and Javier Andreas Sanchez (“Javier Sanchez”) (collectively, the “Respondents”) by a Notice of Application dated December 13, 2016.
The next appearance in this proceeding will take place before a Hearing Panel of the Central Regional Council of the MFDA on January 27, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. (Eastern) in the hearing room at the offices of the MFDA, located at 121 King Street West, Suite 1000, Toronto, Ontario. The proceeding will continue to be open to the public, except as may be required for the protection of confidential matters.
