MFDA schedules next appearance in the matter of Nicholas Del Plavignano

April 2, 2018 (Toronto, Ontario) – The Mutual Fund Dealers Association of Canada (“MFDA”) commenced a disciplinary proceeding in respect of Nicholas Del Plavignano (“Respondent”) by Notice of Hearing dated January 8, 2018.

As specified in the Notice of Hearing, the first appearance in this proceeding was held March 29, 2018 by teleconference before a Hearing Panel of the MFDA’s Central Regional Council.

Following submissions from the parties, the next appearance in this matter has been scheduled to take place by teleconference before the Hearing Panel on June 28, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. (Eastern), or as soon thereafter as the appearance can be held, and will be open to the public, except as may be required for the protection of confidential matters.
