MFDA schedules next appearance in the matter of Joseph Sask
July 17, 2018 (Toronto, Ontario) – The Mutual Fund Dealers Association of Canada (“MFDA”) commenced a disciplinary proceeding in respect of Joseph Terrance Sask (“Respondent”) by Notice of Hearing dated May 15, 2018.
As specified in the Notice of Hearing, the first appearance in this proceeding was held today by teleconference before a Hearing Panel of the MFDA’s Prairie Regional Council.
Following submissions from the parties, the next appearance in this matter has been scheduled to take place by teleconference before the Hearing Panel on August 15, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. (Mountain), or as soon thereafter as the appearance can be held, and will be open to the public, except as may be required for the protection of confidential matters.
