MFDA Hearing Panel issues Reasons for Decision (Motion) in the matter of Alfredo Pino

April 24, 2018 (Toronto, Ontario) – A Hearing Panel of the Central Regional Council of the MFDA has issued its Reasons for Decision (Motion) with respect to a motion heard on April 10, 2018 in Toronto, Ontario, brought by Alfredo Pino, also known as Alfie Pino (“Respondent”) seeking an adjournment of the Hearing on the Merits.

In its Reasons for Decision (Motion) dated April 23, 2018, the Hearing Panel outlined its reasons for granting the motion brought by the Respondent.

The hearing of this matter on its merits is scheduled for October 22- 24, 2018, commencing at 10:00 a.m. (Eastern) each day, in the hearing room at the offices of the MFDA, located at 121 King Street West, Suite 1000, Toronto, Ontario, and shall be open to the public, except as may be required for the protection of confidential matters.
