MFDA sets Hearing date in the Matter of Carmel Toussaint

February 3, 2011 (Toronto, Ontario) – The MFDA commenced a disciplinary proceeding in

respect of Carmel Toussaint by Notice of Hearing dated December

22,

2010.

As specified in the Notice of Hearing, the first appearance in this matter took place today before a three-member Hearing Panel of the MFDA’s Central Regional Council. The hearing of this matter on its merits has been scheduled for April 8, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. (Eastern) at the MFDA offices located at 121 King Street West, Suite 1000, Toronto, Ontario. The hearing will be open to the public, except as may be required for the protection of confidential matters.
