MFDA schedules next appearance in the matter of Bradley Crompton, William Adams, Michelle Crompton, William Henderson and Ian Webster

May 29, 2014 (Toronto, Ontario) The Mutual Fund Dealers Association of Canada (“MFDA”) commenced a disciplinary proceeding in respect of Bradley Gerard Crompton by Notice of Hearing dated December 20, 2012 and against William Morris Adams, Michelle Ann Crompton, William Craig Henderson, and Ian Omar Webster by Notice of Hearing dated October 18, 2013.

An appearance in this proceeding took place yesterday before a three-member Hearing Panel of the MFDA’s Central Regional Council.

Following submissions by the parties respecting procedural matters and scheduling, the Hearing Panel directed that the next appearance in this matter will take place by teleconference on July 15, 2014, commencing at 9:30 a.m. (Eastern) and will be open to the public, except as may be required for the protection of confidential matters.
