
MFDA sets date for motion in the matter of Clinton Wayne
May 10, 2016 (Toronto, Ontario) – The Mutual Fund Dealers Association of Canada (“MFDA”) commenced a disciplinary proceeding in respect of Clinton Wayne (the “Respondent”) by Notice of Hearing(the “Notice of Hearing”) dated May 20, 2015.
An appearance in this matter took place today by teleconference before a Hearing Panel of the MFDA’s Central Regional Council.
A pre-hearing motion in this proceeding has been scheduled to take place on August 18, 2016, commencing at 10:00 a.m. (Eastern), or as soon thereafter as the motion can be held, in the hearing room at the offices of the MFDA, located at 121 King Street West, Suite 1000, Toronto, Ontario. The motion will be open to the public, except as may be required for the protection of confidential matters.
