
MFDA reschedules Hearing on the Merits in the matter of Yan Feng Li
May 3, 2017 (Toronto, Ontario) – The Mutual Fund Dealers Association of Canada (“MFDA”) commenced a disciplinary proceeding in respect of Yan Feng Li (also known as Frank Li) (the “Respondent”) by Notice of Hearing (the “Notice of Hearing”) dated January 22, 2015.
An appearance in this proceeding took place May 2, 2017 by teleconference before a Hearing Panel of MFDA’s Central Regional Council.
The Hearing on the Merits, originally scheduled to take place on June 7, 2017, will now proceed on June 29, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. (Eastern), or as soon thereafter as the hearing can be held, in the hearing room at the MFDA offices, located at 121 King Street West, Suite 1000, Toronto, Ontario, and will be open to the public, except as may be required for the protection of confidential matters.
