
MFDA reschedules appearance in the matter of Jason Savoy
September 21, 2017 (Toronto, Ontario) – The Mutual Fund Dealers Association of Canada (“MFDA”) commenced a disciplinary proceeding in respect of Jason Andrew Savoy (“Respondent”) by Notice of Hearing dated January 16, 2017 (“Notice of Hearing”).
An appearance in this proceeding, originally scheduled to take place on September 25, 2017, has been rescheduled to an appearance before the Hearing Panel on November 2, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. (Atlantic), or as soon thereafter as the appearance can be held, and will be open to the public, except as may be required for the protection of confidential matters.
A copy of the Notice of Hearing is available on the MFDA website at www.mfda.ca. During the period described in the Notice of Hearing, the Respondent conducted business in the Halifax, Nova Scotia area.
