October 12, 2022 (Toronto, Ontario) – The Mutual Fund Dealers Association of Canada (the “MFDA”) commenced a disciplinary proceeding in respect of Simon Christopher Kelly (the “Respondent”) by Notice of Hearing dated December 17, 2021 (the “Notice of Hearing”).
The hearing of this matter on its merits, previously set for October 26-28, 2022, has been rescheduled to proceed electronically by videoconference, as well as in the hearing room at the offices of the MFDA in Calgary, Alberta, on January 25-27, 2023, commencing at 10:00 a.m. (Mountain) each day, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be held. The proceeding will be open to the public, except as may be required for the protection of confidential matters. An interim appearance has been scheduled to take place by teleconference on November 9, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. (Mountain).
