MFDA Hearing Panel reschedules Hearing on the Merits in the matter of Stéphane Lamarre

May 19, 2017 (Toronto, Ontario) – The Mutual Fund Dealers Association of Canada (“MFDA”) commenced a disciplinary proceeding in respect of Stéphane Joseph Lamarre (“Respondent”) by Notice of Hearing dated September 2, 2016 (“Notice of Hearing”).

Prior to the hearing of this matter on its merits, scheduled for June 6, 2017, the Respondent made an adjournment request to the Hearing Panel. The Hearing Panel granted the adjournment and the hearing is now scheduled to take place on September 12, 2017, commencing at 10:00 a.m. (Eastern), or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, and will be open to the public, except as may be required for the protection of confidential matters.
