MFDA reschedules Hearing on the Merits in the matter of David Tobac
April 24, 2018 (Toronto, Ontario) – The Mutual Fund Dealers Association of Canada (“MFDA”) commenced a disciplinary proceeding in respect of David Tobac (“Respondent”) by Notice of Hearing dated March 15, 2018.
The hearing of this matter on its merits, originally scheduled to take place June 27, 2018, will now proceed June 26, 2018, commencing at 10:00 a.m. (Central), or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, at a venue to be determined and announced accordingly in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The proceeding will be open to the public, except as may be required for the protection of confidential matters.
