MFDA reschedules Hearing on the Merits in the matter of Muhamad Sadiq

March 30, 2022 (Toronto, Ontario) – The Mutual Fund Dealers Association of Canada (the “MFDA”) commenced a disciplinary proceeding in respect of Muhamad Asghar Sadiq (the “Respondent”) by Notice of Hearing dated September 14, 2021 (the “Notice of Hearing”).

The hearing of this matter on its merits, previously set for April 12, 2022, has been rescheduled to proceed electronically by videoconference before a Hearing Panel of the MFDA’s Central Regional Council on August 16, 2022, commencing at 10:00 a.m. (Eastern). The proceeding will be open to the public, except as may be required for the protection of confidential matters.
