MFDA reschedules Hearing on the Merits in the matter of Simon Kelly

July 11, 2022 (Toronto, Ontario) – The Mutual Fund Dealers Association of Canada (the “MFDA”) commenced a disciplinary proceeding in respect of Simon Christopher Kelly (the “Respondent”) by Notice of Hearing dated December 17, 2021 (the “Notice of Hearing”).

The hearing of this matter on its merits, previously set for July 18-20, 2022, has been rescheduled to October 26-28, 2022, commencing at 10:00 a.m. (Mountain), each day, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, in the hearing room at the offices of the MFDA, 800-6th Avenue S.W., Suite 850, Calgary, Alberta. The proceeding will be open to the public, except as may be required for the protection of confidential matters. Members of the public who would like to participate should contact hearings@mfda.ca to obtain particulars.

A copy of the Notice of Hearing is available on the MFDA website at www.mfda.ca. During the period described in the Notice of Hearing, the Respondent conducted business in the Calgary, Alberta area.
