MFDA Hearing Panel reserves judgment in the matter of Timothy Solis

June 7, 2017 (Toronto, Ontario) – The Mutual Fund Dealers Association of Canada (“MFDA”) commenced a disciplinary proceeding in respect of Timothy Glenn Ocampo Solis (“Respondent”) by Notice of Hearing dated October 4, 2016 (“Notice of Hearing”).

The hearing of this matter on its merits took place on June 7, 2017 in Toronto, Ontario before a three-member Hearing Panel of the MFDA’s Central Regional Council. After hearing submissions from the parties, the Hearing Panel reserved its decision and advised that it will issue its decision and written reasons in due course.
