April 21, 2020 (Toronto, Ontario) – The Mutual Fund Dealers Association of Canada (“MFDA”) commenced a disciplinary proceeding in respect of Tamar Michelle Eisenberg (“Respondent”) by Notice of Hearing dated June 7, 2019.
An appearance in this proceeding was held today by teleconference before a Hearing Panel of the MFDA’s Prairie Regional Council.
Following submissions by the parties, the Hearing on the Merits, originally scheduled for May 5, 2020, has been converted into an appearance by teleconference before a Hearing Panel of the MFDA’s Prairie Regional Council on May 5, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. (Mountain). The appearance will be open to the public, except as may be required for the protection of confidential matters.
