MFDA reschedules Hearing on the Merits in the matter of Yukun Wang

September 8, 2021 (Toronto, Ontario) – The Mutual Fund Dealers Association of Canada (“MFDA”) commenced a disciplinary proceeding in respect of Yukun Wang (“Respondent”) by Notice of Hearing dated April 21, 2021.

The hearing of this matter on its merits, originally set for September 8, 2021, has been rescheduled to proceed by electronic hearing on September 27, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. (Mountain). The proceeding will be open to the public, except as may be required for the protection of confidential matters. Members of the public who would like to participate should contact hearings@mfda.ca to obtain particulars.

A copy of the Notice of Hearing is available on the MFDA website at www.mfda.ca. During the period described in the Notice of Hearing, the Respondent conducted business in the Edmonton, Alberta area.
