Ontario Regional Council – Membership Termination Hearings
On September 26, 2006, a Hearing Panel of the Ontario Regional Council terminated the rights,
privileges and membership of Olympus United Group Inc. and iForum Financial Services
Inc. in the MFDA pursuant to sections 24.3.2(a) and (b) of MFDA By-law No. 1 (Further
Suspension, Termination of Rights and Privileges, Expulsion).
Copies of the Hearing Panel’s Orders are available on the MFDA website at www.mfda.ca.
